About this website
The Pihtari website presents a digital wardrobe product in development and provides an interactive sample closet. These terms describe use of the Pihtari website. They are separate from any future terms for the Pihtari iOS app.
The sample closet works in your browser. It does not connect to an iOS wardrobe, offer an app account, or accept uploads of your own clothing or personal photos. Sample garments are fictional and are not listed for sale.
The website presents product information. It does not accept payments, subscriptions, investments, or securities transactions.

Using the closet
You may explore the sample garments, search the wardrobe, combine pieces in Staging, and save named looks for your own review. Use the website lawfully and do not attempt to interfere with its operation or gain unauthorized access to systems.
The processing comparison uses prepared sample images. It does not run an image-processing job on an uploaded photo. Outfit arrangements show styling combinations; they do not predict physical sizing, fit, drape, or shopping availability.
The personal-avatar feature is awaiting further design and implementation. This website does not create a character from a visitor’s photo or provide a live fitting service.

Your saved looks
Saved looks are stored in this browser at this website address. They are not an account, a cloud backup, or an app wardrobe. Browser settings, clearing site data, or changes to the website address may remove access to them.
Use the privacy page’s data controls to review, rename, download, or delete saved looks. Keep an exported copy if you want your own backup. The website does not currently import exported files.
Avoid sensitive personal information in look names. The Privacy policy explains the information used by this website and its retention practices.

Website content
Pihtari branding, page design, and sample artwork are presented to explain the product. Third-party software and fonts retain their respective licenses. These terms do not transfer ownership of website assets or third-party rights.
You retain any rights you have in the original text you enter for a saved look. The website does not upload that text, take an ownership interest in it, or grant a third party a license to it.
External resources, when linked, are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

Availability and product plans
The website is provided for product exploration during development. We do not promise continuous availability, preservation of browser data, or compatibility with every device. Save your own exported copy of looks you want to keep.
Descriptions of planned features are product direction and may change. They do not guarantee a release date, App Store availability, funding, customer traction, or future functionality. The website’s working closet demonstrates the current browser features described here.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Changes and contact
Changes to these terms will be posted here with an updated effective date. Material changes will be identified on the website before they take effect. A separate notice will describe any new service that requires its own agreement.
